No, I am sorry to say you cannot. In order to meet the qualifications for low pollution emissions, the stove must come off the line ready to meet EPA standards. They are built this way from the very beginning. There is not something you can add or change about the stove that will allow you to obtain the necessary EPA certification.
This is like asking if you could get an old cadillac to match today’s green emission standards, it’s not going to happen. EPA certified stoves have gone through intense testing by the EPA and that’s the reason people choose to buy them.
