I have seen wood stoves that are said to be able to burn either coal or wood. I am curious if they tend to burn one of these types of fuel more efficiently than the other?
From what I have heard, these stoves should be used primarily to burn coal. I am sure in a pinch you could burn wood. Some just use wood to get the coals burning and then use coal during the remaining time the stove is burning.
